Tissue Mast, compared
Five pages, each written against the other company’s own pricing and limits, checked on 2 October 2026. Where the other one is the better choice, the page says so. Where it is cheaper, the page says that too.
The comparisons
- Tissue Mast vs Opsgenie
- Not for sale since June 2025, gone in April 2027. Who this is for, and who it is not.
- Tissue Mast vs PagerDuty
- The per-seat incumbent. Five seats there is $105 a month; Team here is $79 for up to ten.
- Tissue Mast vs Grafana OnCall
- The open-source version was archived in March 2026. What the fourth person costs on the successor.
- Tissue Mast vs Healthchecks.io
- The cron-job monitor to beat. At twenty jobs they win on price; this page says so.
- Tissue Mast vs Pushover
- The pipe that rings the same way, for $4.99 once. It watches nothing, and that is the whole difference.
What a seat costs, in one place
One person, a month, as each vendor’s pricing page prints it on 2 October 2026. Tissue Mast has no line like this: Solo is $19 for one person, Team $79 for up to ten, Company $149 for up to 25.
| Product | Per person |
|---|---|
| PagerDuty Professional | $21 a user a month, annual; $25 monthly |
| Opsgenie Standard | $19.95 a user a month, annual; not sold since June 2025 |
| Grafana Cloud IRM Pro | $20 per active user a month, plus a $19 platform fee; three users free |
| Better Stack | $29 per responder a month, annual; $34 monthly |
| Pushover for Teams | $5 a user a month; $4.99 once for one person |
| Healthchecks.io Business | $20 a month for the account, no price per person |
Better Stack has no page of its own yet; its numbers are here because the pricing page lets you set it against a Tissue Mast plan at any headcount.
How these are written
- Every figure comes from the other company’s own pages, not from somebody’s summary of them. Where we could not read a figure on their site, we print none.
- Each page carries the date it was checked. Prices move, ours included, and a comparison without a date is one you cannot check.
- Each page has a section on where the other product is the better choice.
- Where the other product is cheaper, the page says so in the first paragraph, not in a footnote.
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Tissue Mast is the monitor and the pager in one product, priced for the account: the thing that notices, the thing that decides it is worth waking you, and the thing that rings your phone are the same system, and nobody on it is a seat.
